Generate Reports

This utility allows for generating a reports for a specific month and a specific set of markets.

First choose a month.

Then choose a collection of Markets.

If you have the Super Admin role there will be an "All Markets" option.  Otherwise all of your assigned markets will be shown.

Once you have chosen the desired markets, click one of the Generate buttons.

Generate Usage Report

The Usage Report shows the time that people have spent in the Schoolhouse system regardless of what they have been doing.

A Loading screen will appear which may take a while to resolve.

When the results are ready this screen will appear.

To download an XLSX version of the report, click the Save Report button.

Generate Lesson Report

The Lesson Report shows individual lessons which were run.  It does not include any runs of freeplay mode, and does not catalog any time when the system sits idle.

This report can be quite large, so it does not attempt to show locally.  It builds the report in the cloud and when ready, the Download button becomes active.

Once downloaded it can be opened in Excel, or similar tool.

Manage Videos

Captured videos take up a lot of file storage, and are potentially useful for other purposes. 

This feature allows all of the videos to be viewed, download, and deleted (with appropriate permissions).

To get started click the Manage Videos button.

This will show all videos which are accessible based on the Trainer's permissions.

There are two types of videos.  Those automatically recorded of Student's in certain classes, and those that were explicitly recorded by a Class Facilitator.

The Class Facilitator videos have a Description and a User Name of "Facilitator".  Student videos have a specific User Name, and the Class in which they were recorded.

Viewing

Videos can be viewed by clicking the Video icon with the same controls as the Student History videos.

Note that in Student videos include the entire VMT session from start until exit.  Unlike when viewing them through student history, they are not showing just the individual lessons.

Facilitator videos start at the moment the Facilitator started recording them.

Downloading

To download one or more videos, select them with the leftmost column, and click "Download Selected".

The videos will be downloading into the default download location with details in the names of the .mp4 files.

Deleting

To delete one or more videos, select them with the leftmost column and click "Delete Selected". 

A confirmation dialog will appear before performing the delete.
